Delivery

  • Packages uncollected after 14 days may incur a 50% handling fee.

  • If marked “delivered” but not received, check with your delivery provider first.

  • If confirmed lost in transit, contact us with documentation.

  • We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages marked “delivered,” but will assist with replacements when appropriate.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns are processed via our fulfilment centre in Asia.

  • To begin a return, email us at info@harrolds-leathergoods.com with your order number and reason.

PART 6 – ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. Please verify details before submitting. Changes may not be possible once processing/shipping begins.

PART 7 – FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses are not refundable.

  • We will resend items free of charge once the correct address is provided.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

PART 8 – RESHIPMENT POLICY

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us with photos or video evidence if applicable.

Once a resolution (reshipment or partial refund) is made, no further compensation will be issued for the same issue.

PART 9 – DISCOUNT USAGE & PROMOTIONS

Customers are responsible for correctly applying discount codes and fulfilling promotion requirements (e.g., adding two items for “1+1” offers). Failure to do so means no retroactive compensation will be provided.

PART 10 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to cancel any order or limit quantities per customer or household. You agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping information.
