Delivery

Packages uncollected after 14 days may incur a 50% handling fee.

We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages marked “delivered,” but will assist with replacements when appropriate.
Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are processed via our fulfilment centre in Asia.

PART 6 – ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. Please verify details before submitting. Changes may not be possible once processing/shipping begins.
PART 7 – FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses are not refundable.

We will resend items free of charge once the correct address is provided.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
PART 8 – RESHIPMENT POLICY
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us with photos or video evidence if applicable.
Once a resolution (reshipment or partial refund) is made, no further compensation will be issued for the same issue.
PART 9 – DISCOUNT USAGE & PROMOTIONS
Customers are responsible for correctly applying discount codes and fulfilling promotion requirements (e.g., adding two items for “1+1” offers). Failure to do so means no retroactive compensation will be provided.
