If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges after this period.
Cancellations
As we begin processing orders shortly after payment, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

It must be in its original condition

It must include all original packaging

We do not offer free returns
All returns must be shipped to our fulfilment centre in Asia
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
Inspection
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined, based on the item’s condition.
Processing
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
