Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it promptly to ensure careful and timely fulfillment.
Returns
Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
After 14 days, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please note: Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Note: Return shipping costs are not covered. All returns must be sent to our fulfilment centre in Asia.
Refunds
Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
You’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
